LMFT, Executive Director and Co-Founder

Crystal L. is a Licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT#133794) whose clinical experience has allowed her to work in a variety of settings, including residential treatment facilities for adolescents, public school system, higher education institutions, private practices, hospitals, and community-based care settings. Miss Crystal's experience includes working with cases involving severe trauma, addictions, family conflict, depression, anxiety, as well as other mood disorders. These experiences have cultivated her ability to maintain an objective mindset during periods of extreme stress for individuals and their families. She also has extensive experience with Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals.

Facility Manager

Jessica R. has been with Our Safe Haven for 8 years. As OSH’s STRTP Facility Manager Miss Jessica oversees day to day operations of OSH. She oversees direct care staff and ensuring proper care and supervision is provided to residents , ensure accurate medication records, attend all school IEPs, conferences, and provide crisis intervention and counseling to residents.
